The Dark Horizon is Now Boarding
Alien Terror: The Doom of the Dark Horizon is an over-the-top, space-themed escape room which features complex puzzles, highly detailed room design, and some jaw-dropping special effects.

WARNING! Alien Terror is an intense horror themed escape game. Attendees may experience darkness, fog, loud sounds, claustrophobia, flashing lights, feelings of motion sickness, and moments of serious dread. Alien Terror is not recommended for impressionable children or anyone who would not enter a Haunted Attraction.
This new room is a bit of a departure for us here at Escape The NetherWorld. Our first 4 escape rooms (Sasquatch, Nosferatu, Haunted and Tiki Island) were designed with creepy-fun themes and a startle here or there…but nothing crazy…we intentionally designed these rooms with the attention to detail people have come to expect from the Netherworld name, but they were not designed to be at all scary like a haunted house. We wanted to offer escape rooms that were enjoyable to just about anyone who wants to play (even Helen in accounting who would never dare step foot in a haunted house).
With Alien Terror though, we went back to our haunting roots and took a different approach…making this one quite a bit more extreme. It’s still not quite like going through a Haunted House, but this room will serve up exhilarating gameplay that will be much more akin to the kind of thrills you might experience while visiting a haunted attraction.
So for those brave enough to enter, the Dark Horizon is now boarding passengers!
You have booked a passage on a deep space mining vessel to experience the ultimate thrill – navigating the event horizon of a massive black hole! Awakening from a long slumber, you discover the crew is missing, the ship is experiencing massive failures and some sort of THING is lurking in the darkness hounding your every move! Will you be able to escape the doomed ship before it’s pulled into the swirling gravity vortex — or will you meet the same horrible fate as the rest of the crew?
